Jeffrey Sands has been practicing architecture in Manhattan, London and has been living and practicing architecture fulltime in the Hamptons since 2001.

Jeffrey was educated at New York Institute of Technology 

in Architecture, graduating in 1993 and has been licenced and registered to practice architecture in the State of New York since 2000 and is presently persuing LEED AP certification.
